Be Slim Bariatrics invites ANYONE to participate in our Referral Reward Program. This is a great way to refer other people to have the same weight loss success you have had.
Not a patient of Be Slim Bariatrics but do you believe in our process? This program is for you as well.
Here’s how it works
Refer an interested person to Be Slim Bariatrics, and this person schedules surgery with a $500 deposit or more, you will receive a $100 USD bonus via Visa or Amazon gift card. You do not even have to wait for them to have surgery. You will receive your money no later than (7) days after the patients schedule their surgery.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR BE SLIM BARIATRICS'
REFERRAL PROGRAM
No exceptions: Your name must be listed on the referred by field of the health medical questionnaire form filled out by the patient you referred
- Referral Bonus to be paid out no later than (7) days after the patient has a scheduled surgery date. Yes, your bonus will be paid before the referred patient even has surgery! This is unheard of in our market.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can have.
- Referred patients must pay their deposit before any referral bonus is paid.
- Must be signed up with our referral program and provide your referral your dedicated link
